If you change your mind about the item you purchased from Honig’s Europe or are not satisfied 100%, then you can send the item back within 14 days of purchase. The returns will be refunded within approprite time. Note that the Customer Return Form is a must for all returns.
You may return any non-worn, unused, unaltered, non-laundered, originaly packed or defective item for a full refund within 14 days of delivery by returning the item(s) to the address mentioned below.
In addition, please note, you may not return the following:
- Personalized or custom items that have been embroidered or numbered
- Supporters, briefs or underpants of any kind
- Items that have been used, worn or washed
- Whistles may be returned unused, sealed in the original packaging.
- Hats which have been creased.
Honig’s Europe reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise if any of these conditions are not met.
You may return your purchase within 14 days of the received date for a full refund of the merchandise value.
If you would like to exchange your purchased merchandise, please, email to firstname.lastname@example.org and return wrong item(s) as described above in Returns section. The quickest and easiest way to replace an item you are returning is to place a new order through the website.
You may send your item(s) back to us for a refund and order the replacement item(s) online.

Please use care in sending items back to us, preferably shipped in the smallest container possible, or its original shipping container. If returning items from multiple orders, please consolidate all items into one container.
Please ensure your package can be tracked so that there are no issues with any un-trackable lost packages.
Defective Item Policy
Before returning item that may be defective, please email to email@example.com include pictures of the defect and a brief description of the issue. If the item is deemed defective, we will contact you as soon as possible to solve the situation.
